We will be launching the new ‘Acetate’ series of vinyl 45′s with the debut single by The Baron Four.

It will be ready for release at the same time as the new Paul Messis LP ‘Case closed’ in mid-April.…

The Higher State in studio

The Higher State are currently working on their new LP. The first track to be recorded is called “Someone There”.

The band will be releasing a new single, “Potentially (Everyone Is Your Enemy)” b/w “All Ties That Bind”, sometime in the summer. The A side will be a version of one of the LP tracks and the B side will be exclusive to the release.

The 45 will be the second release in our ‘Acetate’ series.…

The ‘Acetate’ series

This year will see a series of 45′s released on heavy weight vinyl..made to look like old acetates from the 60s!

They will be issued in authentic brown paper sleeves and all carry studio design labels.

Please note…although they will ‘look’ like and weigh like old acetates they will be vinyl and therefore will be playable as normal records

The first [The Baron Four "Yes I Do"] is due out in April at the same time as the new Paul Messis LP.…

The new Paul Messis LP ‘Case Closed’ is finished and at the pressing plant.

We should have the test pressings in a few weeks, so will be looking at a release date somewhere in April.

UPDATE: Test pressings are here and sound HARD!! SHould have finished copies mid-late April.…

Paul Messis was in the studio at the weekend recording more songs for his forthcoming second LP ‘Case closed’ due out early summer next year.

Two songs were completed very much in the ‘Back from the grave’ style…..nice …
