State Records was started in the fall of 2007.

Our main aim is to make records that sound like records used to!

So far we have released 8 limited edition 45rpm 7″ vinyl singles, 4 vinyl LPs and a series of limited run CD-R EPs.

The artists on our label include The Higher State, Paul Messis, Groovy Uncle, Suzi Chunk, The Galileo 7, Hidden Masters, The Lykes of Yew, Internationale, Bernard Eveleigh, The Wildkat Tamers….

Our records are distributed worldwide by Get Hip in America, Clear Spot in Europe and Code 7 in the UK.
